A disciple gets liberated merely at the first glance of the master. The sadguru (Master) says “ But because the veil of mind, intellect and ego envelopes your soul, you can’t have this self-realisation, do Sadhana (spiritual practice), destroy these three veils, and you will experience self-realisation,”The law of change
Have you ever wondered why the external world can never give us non-stop happiness?
The answer is: The outside world is never constant – there is only one thing constant about the external world, and that is CHANGE.
For example: Maybe you love the new job that you just got, and are finding it enriching and stimulating. But what happens a few years down the line when the job becomes repetitive or your team members change and you do not enjoy the company of the new lot of co-workers? The outside world is always changing – so no lasting, permanent happiness can be found there.
Now, if we want permanent happiness, we have to invest ourselves in what is unchanging and eternal. The soul (ātmā) within is unchanging and eternal.

I worship Lord Shiva the three-eyed one, who is full of fragrance and who nourishes all beings; may He liberate me from the death (of ignorance), for the sake of immortality (of knowledge and truth), just as the ripe cucumber is severed from its bondage (the creeper).

Basic principles of spiritual practice
Basic principles of spiritual practice
Rapid spiritual progress can be achieved when we do spiritual practice according to the basic principles of Spirituality. Even though there are many different types of spiritual practice, whether our spiritual practice adheres to the basic principles of Spirituality is a true litmus test for its effectiveness. If not, we run the risk of putting in a lot of effort but not seeing the results that match that effort.
The six basic principles are:
1. There are as many paths to God as there are people
2. Going from many to one
3. Progressing from gross (tangible) to subtle (intangible)
4. Undertaking spiritual practice as per the spiritual level or spiritual capacity
5. Doing spiritual practice relevant to the times
6. Offering to God as per your talent or capacity
Does your spiritual practice conform to the six basic principles?

Meaning: I offer my humble salutations to Lord Mahesvara – who has a garland of serpents around the neck; who has three eyes; whose body is covered with ash (vibhuti); who is eternal; who is pure; who has the entire sky as His dress and who is embodied as the first letter ‘Na’.
